   Women are easy to define. They're the same as a man, after you take away   
   all reason and responsibility.   
      
   The funny part is that for some reason, Supreme Court Justices can't   
   define what a Woman is...  Men and women are a "person" beyond that the   
   court can't create RIGHTS specific to them, although the legislature can   
   create civil liberties specific to women where it doesn't violate the   
   RIGHTS of "person-hood" or to be more specific, the RIGHTS of others.   
   Because *civil liberties* created by government can't violate   
   unalienable RIGHTS endowed with your creation.   
      
   The irony is that women and men are both "persons" by means of all they   
   have in common, and yet aren't different types of persons defined by the   
   things they don't have in common.   
      
   Which means a "person" is measured by our least common denominator, not   
   the remainder.   
      
   What we have in common makes us all persons, what we don't have in   
   common, makes us men or women.  We are the same, until we aren't.
