Imagine how the Democrats baby killers will cry and scream if the States
that offer their abortions have to follow the same FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
that the GUN laws and the gay Marriage laws have to follow. That would
mean that to get an abortion you'd have to be a resident and show
complete ID and have a background check and follow every different
States laws and be able to have your abortion recognized in all 50
States like a gay marriage so that all abortions will be in a NATION
WIDE database with a number that you registered your aborted fetus with
and will follow that fetus NATION WIDE and the U.S. Government will
mandate that you have to follow those Federal laws so that you and your
ABORTED FETUS can be tracked by the BAATF (Bureau of Abortion, Alcohol,
tobacco and Fire Arms). SO they can catch the VIOLENT DEADLY CRIMINAL
Abortions where the fetus was transported across States lines illegally.
This will have to be done to stop the killing, we can't have people
violating FEDERAL Commerce Clause laws and *TAX LAWS* used to limit
cigarette sales and to tax tobacco and track them and guns and soon to
limit abortion access and sales and tax it them to exercise their
freedoms and getting away with it now can we? Abortion is harmful to
the health and deserves to have a "sin tax" levied on the "harmful
effects" of abortion just as Tobacco and Alcohol have excise taxes as a
sin tax... correct?
Just picture a mirror image of the FEDERAL gun laws and tobacco and
alcohol all rolled into one abortion regulation system all being invoked
to keep us safe from deadly abortion proliferation and addiction and the
sins of engaging in the self destructive behavior connected to them
because the more "GHOST ABORTION" and illegal abortion dealers there
are, the more victims there will be. And we can't have Abortions being
bought and sold openly and have Abortion FAIR GROUNDS SHOWS or GUN SHOWS
being engaged in by people who believe there is a RIGHT to FIRE ARMS IN
THE CONSTITUTION or any CIVIL LIBERTY to guarantee unregulated abortions.
It is after all... GUN RIGHTS and abortion-control, *NOT* abortion
RIGHTS and gun-control.
Someone prepare the Democrats before they get out on that window
ledge... ABORTION is NOT a RIGHT or a CIVIL LIBERTY that's enumerated in
the Constitution like the keeping and bearing of arms is an unalienable
RIGHT that is also a Civil Liberty by way of being recognizes and
protected by the U.S. Constitution with the *QUALIFIER* that they be
"arms" and are protected to the point of your ability to "KEEP and BEAR"
those arms without infringements.
That is the limiting factor of the civil liberties contained in the 2nd
amendment, we have the unalienable RIGHT to self defense (life and
liberty) and yet the Constitution sees that RIGHT in it's civil
Liberties responsibility to protect that right *as the liberty to keep*
*and bear arms without infringements* .
Which is a "limited obligation to make sure that the RIGHT to keep and
bear arms is protected from infringement"
Abortion, is NOT a protected unalienable RIGHT or a Civil Liberty in the
U.S. Constitution. You have an unalienable RIGHT to self defense but not
an unalienable right to kill.
