   It was an illegal search and seizure based on the fact that the   
   President can declassify anything at any time, that was classified by   
   his Executive office. Which means that what he does with a classified   
   document... while telling a lot about the Character of a President, is   
   NOT illegal by law... even if was poor judgement, but there is TREASON   
   and that's in the Constitution so if they can prove treason as the   
   motive using the qualifiers in the Constitution to meet the standards of   
   TREASON, then they might get somewhere, but two impeachments and dozens   
   and dozens of FALSE accusations of crimes later, the Democrats and the   
   FBI are still just "choking their own chicken".   
      
   The real crime (a Coup D`etat) is being committed by Democrats and the   
   FBI/IRS and CIA and NSA and the Shadow Government in the Bureaucracies,   
   and the Democratic Party.
