   Sad when the people selected to TEACH children don't have the CHARACTER   
   to resist cheating... which will make themselves and their FAILED   
   EDUCATION system look better than it is.

   others means their attempts to figure-out what's wrong is an exercise in   
   futility, because what they think they know they really don't know, and
