   Nor does there need to be, since the P{resident is NOT bound by any laws   
   on security, he has access and Constitutionally *delegated powers* that   
   are supreme to all the laws Congress or any Presidential Executive Order   
   could attempt to impose on the President.   
      
      
   Which is why having Joe Biden in that office is so dangerous to NATIONAL   
   SECURITY....  We have to TRUST the person in the Presidency and starting   
   with a stolen election doesn't instill much trust.
