   If CO2 Helps plants grow and plants use the CO2 and exhaust Oxygen, then   
   the CO2 from fossil Fuel also becomes Oxygen, How is that a problem?   
      
   What you need to do is grow more plants more efficiently or grow   
   Plankton that produces even more Oxygen by using the CO2 and water   
   covers 70 percent of the planet.  No shortage of water here, just a   
   shortage of brain power to get it where it needs to be and keep it clean.   
      
   It seems the problem you say is bad is the lack of CO2 using plants and   
   cutting CO2 won't help that will it?   
      
   Try looking up BIO-Dynamic farming and see how they get things to   
   grow...  more green will produce more Oxygen and reduce the CO2.   
      
      
   Move people to the deserts so when they build homes and streets and pave   
   them they don't destroy a lot of green plants in an area with rich soil   
   and animal life. Measure a Property for green and NON green area and   
   promote more natural areas than man made pavement and asphalt roofing   
   and cement and FAKE nature.   
      
   Work with NATURE don't fight it because when you try to dominate nature,   
   you lose in the long run and climate is the long run according to
