You keep saying this and I keep telling you NO ONE HAS A RIGHT TO KILL
   ANOTHER HUMAN LIFE.

Why can't you seem to grasp that if a woman could kill a human life for
convenience then it would extent to babies outside the uterus that also
   depends on them.

The point isn't that she is inconvenienced or even suffering some
discomfort, the issue is that killing a human life is NOT temporary.

If you are locked in an air-tight space with another person with only
enough air for one to live long enough to be rescued, do you have the
RIGHT to kill the other person so that you can live?

   > That thing doesn't have all the rights of a born person.

   /-> *ADDENDUM*

Even if the Constitution doesn't create a CIVIL LIBERTY (a right) to
life and liberty... the Constitution can't and doesn't create or remove
our unalienable RIGHTS to life and liberty.

Which means that a human life is NOT able to be killed without due
process... and the 5th amendment also makes it clear that life can not
be deprived by the government which is what the United States did by
denying the States the power to protect protect all human life from
being killed by private persons or by the United States or the States.

The problem now is a State issue and the States will need to be legally
challenged for allowing the killing of human life which violated the
unalienable rights to life and liberty. The only exception to that is
when a person surrenders their life by committing a crime that has a
sentence of prison or murder as stated in the 13th Amendment.

   Amendment XIII
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, *except as a*
*punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted*
, shall exist *within the United States* , *or any place subject to*
   *their jurisdiction* .

   *END ADDENDUM* <-/

   Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in
cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in
actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be
subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or
limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness
against himself, *nor be deprived of life* , liberty, or property,
*without due process of law* ; nor shall private property be taken for
   public use, without just compensation.

Using Logic you have to decide what is more serious and to be avoided,
   death or temporary inconvenience?

If you are going to choose one or the other to be foisted upon you,
   which would you rather suffer...

Can someone kill you because you're causing them to miss their 9 month
   vacation....?

   > It may not
   > have any rights at all, but for certain it doesn't have a right to
   > remain inside a woman who doesn't want it there.

We already know that the woman has ZERO ZIP NADA, rights to kill another
human life. SO now how is it that she can't live 9 months while the
baby is protected during gestation? Killing the human life in the
uterus doesn't undo the pregnancy that happened, it simply halts it by
ending the human life that's gestating in the uterus.

Waiting 9 month... means that death by either the mother... or the baby
is not as certain as when the human life in the uterus is killed by a
   Democrat Doctor in an abortion.

The human life has a RIGHT to life and liberty, the same as the mother.
Who's violation of her rights "being time pregnant" would be the least
   damaging to both parties.

The solution is to birth the baby and everyone lives but the mother had
