   ObamaCare was a prime example and the GM theft and redistribution of   
   assets was also FRAUD and slavery in both cases, one was tax fraud and   
   the other just theft of assets that were redistributed without just   
   compensation as require in the Constitution when Government claims   
   eminent domain to use that private property for PUBLIC USE.   
      
   Amendment V   
   No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous   
   crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in   
   cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in   
   actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be   
   subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or   
   limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness   
   against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without   
   due process of law; *nor shall private property be taken for public use*   
   , *without just compensation* .   
      
      
   But there is no provision for slavery other than as a punishment for a   
   criminal that has been duly convicted under due process.   
      
   AMENDMENT 13   
   *except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been*   
   *duly* *convicted, shall exist within the United States*   
      
      
   Which means that not only PLANTATION SLAVERY is un-Constituional but   
   even *FRACTIONAL SLAVERY* is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL. As practiced by the   
   ObamaCare mandated theft and the GM Company theft/transfer of assets to   
   the Union.
