   CIVIL RIGHTS in the Constitution that are afforded to "persons". The   
   process of "Person-hood" would be equal to the process of "Citizenship"   
   being created at birth inside the United States, and would require the   
   illegal aliens be NATURALIZED to become a "person" who enjoys the   
   protections delegated to "persons" in the U.S. Constitution.   
      
   That makes it a logic issue and the Democrats no longer have the   
   delegated power to allow illegal aliens to roam free /or/ the Democrats   
   can no longer tell us that a human life in the uterus is NOT a person   
   from conception...  It's "either/or" NOT both.  Being a person from   
   somewhere must be universal and from conception for all human life or   
   it's exclusively American and enjoys the (mutually exclusive U.S.   
   Constitution and U.S. Governments delegated powers).   
      
   You can't say all people are "persons" even when born in foreign nations   
   because the U.S. Government can't make them "persons" if they are born   
   elsewhere.  Because the U.S. Constitution and Government doesn't have   
   jurisdiction in other NATIONS.   
      
   One or the other is TRUE either "Illegal Aliens" are "NOT persons" /or/   
   all human life in the uterus "is a person" from the moment of CONCEPTION.   
      
      
   *SO WHICH IS IT* ?

   without deleting the FACTS I posted.   
      
      
      
      
   Amendment V   
   No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous   
   crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in   
   cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in   
   actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be   
   subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or   
   limb; *nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness*   
   *against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property* ,   
   *without due process of law* ; nor shall private property be taken for

   Witness against "Himself", nor deprived of life?   
      
   We are a "self" and a "human life" and a "person" due to our unique DNA   
   and the environmental influences of the interactions while in the   
   uterus, and after we're born.  If life is an unalienable RIGHT protected   
   by the Constitution, then like all unalienable RIGHTS it starts at   
   conception with your NATURAL creation and your creator who ever you   
   belive that creator is (be it space aliens or Evolution and Darwinism or   
   be it a God), and your CIVIL RIGHTS begin when the GOVERNMENT tells you   
   they BEGIN and that is BIRTH for the most part.

   Section 1. *Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude* , *except as a*   
   *punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted*   
   , shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their   
   jurisdiction.   
      
   Amendment XIV   
   Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and   
   subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States   
   and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any   
   law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the   
   United States; *nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty*   
   , *or property* , *without due process of law* ; *nor deny to any*   
   *person* *within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws* .   
      
      
      
   You'll have to understand what RIGHT are and what Civil Liberties are   
   and the difference between an UNALIENABLE RIGHT and a CIVIL LIBERTY is.   
      
      
      
   What a fucking mess the Democrats have made of the U.S. Constitution.
