   Democrats lied again when they said TRUMP did the same thing, because   
   now the strategic-petroleum-reserve is the lowest in 30 years showing   
   that Democrats are using that oil to buy and pay for election year "good   
   will" and vote harvesting.  The vote buying scams abound.   
      
   Along with the College LOAN program being used for VOTE HARVESTING to
