   The reason for the DOG FIGHT and a lost Democrat, is that the State of   
   New York, lost a congressman due to all the voters that fled the State   
   to get away from the DEMOCRAT run GOVERNMENT THERE.   
      
   SO no matter who won, all the Democrats lost as they lose power by
