   We don't have to believe in Gods we can't see if we choose NOT to   
   believe, so why should we be forced to believe in GAY and TRANS who's   
   DNA we can NOT see the gay gene or the Trans gene that changed their   
   gender?   
      
   It's ONLY what they believe and if they choose to live by their own   
   delusions/beliefs, then anyone else has a right to believe or to NOT   
   believe in that Delusion with them.   
      
   But unless gay and Trans is a religion it's NOT protected (by the first   
   amendment) from laws and the actually ADA limits those delusions and   
   doesn't protect the right to exercise that dangerous mentally ill   
   delusion or belief just as the laws against murder prevent religions   
   from engaging in human sacrifice.  The (ADA) Americans with Disabilities   
   Act is a law that regulates mental illness and allows for CIVIL RIGHTS   
   of the disabled including the mentally/physically disabled. The ADA also   
   makes sure that the Mentally disabled are NOT a danger to others.  The   
   Constitution has to also protect the people NOT described as   
   mentally/physically disabled.  And the Constittuion clauses and   
   Amendments are superior to LAWS MADE BY the U.S. Congress and signed by
