   The Department of education and Congress are committing FRAUD writing   
   appropriations law to spend tax dollars on a subject that the U.S.   
   Constitution doesn't delegate any powers to the United States to make   
   laws and spend money on...   
      
   Amendment X   
   The *powers not delegated* to the United States by the Constitution, nor   
   prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,   
   or to the people.   
      
   Democrats can't write appropriations laws on education because there are   
   no powers delegated to the United States to make laws on education,   
   including the writing of Appropriations laws that give money away.  Be   
   that in an EMERGENCY or in normal times where the Democrats want to buy   
   votes from their Democrat base that happen to be Marxist-professors and   
   college Administrations or brainless low IQ students who want someone to   
   pay for them to stay in a school "bubble" and go to parties to hide from   
   real life.   
      
   Emergencies don't DELEGATE NEW CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS by magic, they are   
   either Delegated in the Constitution or they don't exist, be it in   
   normal times or EMERGENCIES and even in an apocalypse... It takes an   
   ARTICLE 5 Amendment to add new delegated powers...   
      
   Democrats can simply point out the delegated powers in the U.S.   
   Constitution that allow spending money on education... It's easy the   
   U.S. Constitution is a small document and it's written in English...   
      
   But if you notice they never take the easy route and just point to that   
   delegated power... doesn't that seem a bit odd when it's so easy to   
   prove they have the delegated powers.... or can't they back up their   
   lies with facts?
