   which means all three letters of the ATF are unconstitutional for   
   FEDERAL REGULATION (the Alcohol the Tobacco and the Firearms) except   
   under the confines of the Commerce clause. Which means home made items   
   of these things are all legal to make and use, and that include   
   Marijuana as tobacco or as medicinal herbs.  You just can *NOT* sell   
   them across State lines.  You can make Alcohol and grow tobacco and   
   build your own firearms... as per State laws allow.
