   But while President a President is NOT even limited by "the Presidential   
   Records Act" because the President is acting under Constitutional   
   authority NOT an act of law as all the BUREAUCRATS that work for the   
   President are doing.  For the workers like Hillary Clinton who   
   absconding with computers filled with Classifies data it's a question of   
   law, for a sitting President it's the Constitutional powers.   
      
      
   And so if while in office TRUMP declassified information or all   
   documents containing information pertaining to "TRUMP/RUSSIA collusion   
   investigations and/or mentioning that political episode"  As he did do.   
      
   Then there is no classified Document's in the TRUMP library documents   
   that TRUMP decided to and authorized himself to hang-on to and to   
   protect.  Which means the RAID was unconstitutional since the new   
   President didn't re-classify them and send notices to all copy holders   
   of his held archives that prove the Executive Branch may have authority   
   over them....  They couldn't prove they existed, and a warrant to search   
   for documents that aren't referenced as having been seen by police or a   
   sworn to have been seen by a witness.  Because "I heard" there were   
   papers as testimony from a witness is NOT first hand facts....   And a   
   warrant as the 4th Amendment says, required facts and/or "witness" but   
   NOT "I think or I heard" kinds of testimony.
