   Why hasn't Joe Biden told us what U.S. Constitution DELEGATED powers are   
   going to be use to ban the WEAPONS he can't define?   
      
      
   He has to establish the Constitutionality of a law before Congress oe he   
   can pass it into law.  If they write or vote for the law then they have   
   already established their Constitutional power to be used to create the law.   
      
      
     Amendment X   
   The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor   
   prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,   
   or to the people.   
      
   It seems the FIRST hurdle is to explain the powers that are delegated,   
   that the DEMOCRATS are going to use. Biden can describe what an assault   
   weapon is after he shows the delegated POWER to ban guns of any type?   
      
   Then we can discuss what types can be banned using the 2nd amendment as   
   a guideline...   
      
   Amendment II   
   A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free   
   State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be   
   infringed.   
      
   Then Joe Biden can explain what an assault rifle is and how the 2nd   
   Amendment delegates the power to infringe on the...   
   *RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE* to keep and bear things defined as arms.   
      
   Maybe Joe Biden can tell what arms are, before he delves into telling us   
   what an assault rifle is??   
      
   Because a ship may NOT be arms while a machine gun carried by a soldier   
   on it, might be arms. Making a war ship a war ship is a little less   
   clear, so when is a Ship what we call Arms or is it never going to be   
   arms??   
      
   All these questions and more, need answers from Joe Biden.
