Those people can move to California and run for office... they'll let
anyone run for office in California, and to prove it... just look at
what they have for a governor named Newsom and a Congressperson named
Pelosi who have undermined the United States Constitution?

The Civil war leaders were NOT charged with insurrection.... This was
also after the Civil war, but no ex post Facto laws are created
   constitutionally.

They didn't even imprison the DEMOCRAT leaders of the civil war for
   insurrection when the war ended.

This was written to prevent future leaders of actual armed insurrections
(and I say ARMED INSURRECTION to emphasize that it's an OXYMORON, since
insurrection implies force) where you can prove that people were
violating the CONSTITUTION in a conspiracy to undermine the Constitution
NOT simply undermine the opposition party's political objectives.

Hillary and Obama and Biden haven't been charged with insurrection yet,
for their many crimes. Because they're Democrats but this could trigger
the other States to do the same as New Mexico and certainly when it
comes to insurrection against the U.S. Constitution and thereby against
the State, then those States will have standing to PUT Hillary and Obama
and Biden on trial... and they can then sentence them the same as the
New Mexico Court did to others, the precedence is set and it will work
for Democrats as well in the future. They are almost all able to be
charged in State legal systems... Biden has to be IMPEACHED or resign first.

Although there doesn't seem to be a "STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON IT" so I
guess there is still hope that Hillary, Biden, Obama, Pelosi and the
rest of the Democrats from the 2012, 2016 and the 2020 elections will be
criminally charged in one of the States where they engaged in
insurrection... Maybe even in a swing state where they coordinated the
election fraud and stuffing of ballot boxes, and that can be connected
as a conspiracy and ultimately as insurrection against the State
Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. Kind of like a HATE crime and
it's Double Jeopardy... Multiple jurisdictions to be tried in with no
statute of limitations, the DEMOCRATS WILL RUE THE DAY THEY decided to
use the Phony charge of insurrection to play their games. Maybe it's
time to bring in some Republican using the RICO laws to see where the
DEMOCRATS crimes of insurrection and TREASON are *emanating* from, so
that the top MOBSTERS of the DEMOCRAT MAFIA can be banned from ever
holding PUBLIC OFFICE AGAIN and it will no doubt get Hunter Biden and
his elite friends like the John Kerry-Heinz son and Pelosi son and ban
them all from PUBLIC OFFICE as well.
