If it's illegal drugs that are confiscated using a warrant or probable
cause that they can prove they had... then the drugs are probably on the
warrant along with any other items related to the crime on the warrant.
On the other hand TRUMP committed no crime...
Article II
Section 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the
United States of America.
As in all the POWERS of the EXECUTIVE BRANCH are the powers of the
PRESIDENT and so there is no "classified documents" because when the
President has them they are all JUST DOCUMENTS since laws can't be
superior to the Constitution.
When he was President he decided those Documents were NOT Classified...
NO other process is required, which means he stole nothing and the
information is NOT classified. And there is only on person with that
POWER and it is the President, NO one who works for the President has
the Constitutional power of the Presidency. While the President *can*
commit TREASON or violate any other clause in the Constitution, the
President can't be limited by any laws passed that try to limit the
Constitutional EXECUTIVE POWERS.
The President can do with those papers what he wanted and he Chose to
declassify them and to keep his copy of them.
There's NO law that can dispute that Presidential action.
Find a Constitutional clause that says he violated it and you have have
TRUMP, the ONLY Constitutional clause that comes close that I know of is
to indict TRUMP for TREASON and then prove it under the Constitutional
description of TREASON. You failed to Impeach him, you have no evidence
he violated any laws since he has EXECUTIVE POWERS in the Constitution
that supersede the laws that are made by the U.S. Congress. All that's
left is to find a Clause in the Constitution and you don't seem to be
pointing to any which means all Democrats are doing is trying to create
another FAKE NARRATIVE to try to use to politically damage TRUMP...
WITHOUT AN INDICTMENT it's all lies because you haven't presented any
actual FACTS to the courts, even the warrant the FBI did get was
apparently illegal and based on lies. All that did was undermine the
FBI's credibility more than it has been already when trying to create
other FAKE narratives like a TRUMP/RUSSIA dossier. Trying to link TRUMP
to Russia when in REALITY it's DEMOCRATS and the FBI who were linked to
RUSSIA.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be
violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place
to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
What law is able to be used when the former President declassified that
material and keeping the files he was handed was 100% legal.
You have to prove TREASON or you can be sued for malice.
