   Proving that banning guns doesn't stop crime because the gun doesn't   
   commit crimes, the human commits crimes using objects around them.   
      
      
   Had there been more guns someone could have shot him, possibly saving lives.   
      
   The question is will fewer guns save lives or cost lives..?   
      
   If the killers use Bombs or Cars to kill, it looks like it will cost   
   more lives. And how about that knife attack the other day that killed 2   
   and injured even more... Which means that knives in the hands of a human   
   may be a larger problem because there are more of them out there than   
   there are guns, which also means if you ban knives then special food   
   that doesn't need cutting will be required and special licenses/permits   
   and background checks will be needed to keep and bear a kitchen knife a   
   car a bag of fertilizer?
