   And if an illegal alien was already born outside the United States and   
   then immigrates and is *NATURALIZED* then they had to be a person before   
   they arrived since the process of NATURALIZATION doesn't make them a   
   person but only a citizen.   
      
   Which means they are a person NOT by being born or naturalized in the   
   United States and by having CIVIL RIGHTS delegated at birth, they were   
   already a person before birth/naturalization without U.S. LAWS making   
   them a person and simply by being inside the United States jurisdiction   
   as are all human lives inside a uterus. The process of birth in the   
   United States doesn't create a person if they are a person already   
   without being *NATURALIZED*   
      
   That means that U.S. laws and Civil RIGHTS don't make someone a person,   
   the process of becoming a person happens without being born in the   
   United States or NATURALIZED in the United States.... people visiting   
   are persons with RIGHTS.   
      
   Which means the designation person is given to all people before they   
   are *born or NATURALIZED* inside the United States and then when those   
   persons are subsequently born or Naturalized inside the United States   
   they become a U.S. Citizen.   
      
   That way American Slaves who were persons and were pregnant with a   
   person inside their uterus lived here and the human life in the uterus   
   became a citizen as in NATURAL born and being able to then become   
   President.  But they were persons in the uterus from conception. They   
   always had RIGHTS even when they can't use them or choose NOT to
