   They want to entrap you into their network of corruption, the Democrats   
   want to own you... the Democrats never outgrew their controlling nature   
   that caused them to create the Confederacy "Slave Union of the Southern   
   States" where they also tried to manipulate people into helping them get   
   what they wanted, and what the Democrats want is power over others.   
      
   The direct approach of PLANTATION SLAVERY failed with the DEMOCRAT   
   FOUNDED Confederacy, and now the Democrats are still trying to gain the   
   power to enslave people by corruption and coercion and.... propaganda   
   that tells you that *FRACTIONAL SLAVERY* like ObamaCare is NOT slavery   
   when the Constitution says it is.   
      
   The problem with that is that the 13th Amendment says it is.   
      
   Amendment XIII   
   Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a   
   punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,   
   shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their   
   jurisdiction.   
      
   Forcing "someone to give the profits from their labor" to "someone that   
   did not do the labor" is slavery.   
      
      
   It doesn't matter whether it's the Government doing it by organizing   
   people into groups or whether it's a Plantation Owner doing it. It's   
   still SLAVERY TAKING PLACE within the United States.   
      
   And the 13th specifically says that unless the SLAVERY/SERVITUDE is for   
   *PUNISHMENT OF A CRIME* AND THE PARTY(not even a person or citizen) but   
   anyone "as in party" is duly convicted of a crime...  only then can they   
   be taxed into slavery or otherwise forced to work to pay for someone   
   else to get the money. But the Government can't pass a law that makes it   
   a crime to NOT work for someone and be denied the RIGHT "to not give the   
   fruits of your own labor.   
      
   Which makes it Unconstitutional for the U.S. Government and all others   
   to take from one person to give to another as it also denies the   
   Government the power to tax from one person to give to another without   
   it being for the public use in general.   
      
   Which makes all Government TRANSFER PAYMENTS directly to people or   
   States, UNCONSTITUTIONAL.   
      
   And tax laws or other Federal laws can't violate that because the   
   Supremacy Clause lays out that the Federal law is supreme and if they   
   are denied power to make that Federal or State law as in the 13th   
   Amendment denying the power to take money from one person and give it to   
   another thereby enslaving the person doing the labor and rewarding the   
   one not doing the labor, it violates the qualifier in the 13th   
   Amendment, and that qualifier says the slavery/servitude has to be   
   PUNISHMENT FOR A CRIME for which THE PARTY HAS BEEN DULY CONVICTED.   
      
   *except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been*   
   *duly* *convicted, shall exist within the United States*   
      
   And no tax law or appropriations law can violate that Constitutional   
   restriction and MANDATE.   
      
   NOT even the United States Government can make persons slaves if we have   
   NOT been duly convicted of a crime.   
      
   WELFARE is a SLAVERY scam.   
      
   Charity which is voluntary is LEGAL, taxes and appropriations laws for   
   welfare and free stuff directly to people as transfer payments and to   
   States for transfer payments is Unconstitutional slavery being made   
   systemic slavery.

   f.) You can't legislate gays to be equal by forcing store owners into   
   involuntary servitude and being less equal when obtaining a business   
   license. That violates the 13th amendment.   
      
   g.) If a marriage license/law can *NOT* tell you who *you* *must*   
   *engage* *in* *marriage* *with* depending on their sexual identity   
   (Because it's unconstitutional) how can a business license/law tell you   
   *who* *you* *must* *engage* *in* *commerce* *with* depending on their   
   sexual identity?  Is it or isn't it UNCONSTITUTIONAL for government to   
   use a license/law to mandate or limit participation depending on sexual   
   identity...? The governments decisions can't flip flop depending on the   
   type of license.
