If TWITTER (ELON MUSK) makes it a question of legality to pay people to
violate others FIRST AMENDMENT FREE SPEECH then he can simply say that
it's not something he can authorize because Musk can't violate the law
of the land and pay people to violate others FREE SPEECH.
But if those people due their payout want one they can sue the people
who's speech they censored or the TWITTER owners who made the offer to
violate the law to get it from the previous owners of twitter.
