The grid gets electric from hundreds of miles away.... and Wyoming
produces a lot of Coal and is likely still using it to create electricity.
   Possibly Montana as well.

That coal fired electricity may be getting to California as California's
HYDRO is drying up. And wind/solar can't do it all. There's precious
little Geothermal and NAT-GAS is getting very expensive...

Plus the cars and batteries aren't made in California and heavy metals
aren't mined/smelted in California so the car its self is a huge Carbon
footprint that takes years to reach a point of CARBON-NEUTRAL where the
amount saved by driving it reaches the amount of fossil fuel carbon
produced in making the EV car.

Which means that for every EV sold there is COAL and NAT-GAS and oil and
almost no solar/wind or Geo or hydro energy used to produce it and
transport it to California. As with replacement parts and tires... and
batteries. It all takes fossil fuel and/or nuclear and all has to be
transported to California. And if it's from China then the ships are
   fossil fuel.

It also means that you can't drive it when you have rolling black-outs
because the "sustainable" sources aren't up to speed and can't produce
enough or efficiently enough to make it viable. That loss of use creates
more inefficiency (a GLOBAL WARMING FEED-BACK LOOP of more CO2) caused
by bad decisions, and drives up the per mile cost and amount of Carbon
needed to be off-set before the car reaches Carbon neutral because you
have to either lose productivity and miss work which is creating
inefficiency in the economy or you have to buy two cars which creates
double the Carbon footprint to get to work or doctor, plus the fossil
fuel powered car is likely to get more use because it's easy and
   efficient to use.

An actual better idea is a hybrid, and interestingly there was an
article posted today about Volkswagen having a Hydrogen power plant for
their cars that's in the planning stages.

Which means a Hydrogen/Electric Hybrid could be a reality.... and that
might actually work. That part of the load and inefficiency is taken off
of the electric GRID and having to own two types of vehicle for
different fuel sources. And using electric may be more expensive than
   hydrogen... in the future.

On the other hand with all the Hydrogen exhaust being water vapor, it
might mean air conditioners and dehumidifiers and huge Condensate water
extraction could be used to pull water from the air to be used for
humans or even maybe cheap enough to be for farming or hydroponics
   greenhouses.

find the duplicitous lies in what the Marxist-Democrats told you then
you didn't dig deep enough. The *Gruber* *Doctrine* is the

a lack of transparency and then lie about everything".
