   And censor means that the DHS will collude with others who will do the   
   actual censoring....  that violates the first amendment, because they   
   are a Government agency seeking to conspire to violate Americans CIVIL   
   RIGHTS "you know" like making Blacks slaves would violate Blacks civil   
   rights.   
      
   And by Democrats voting for the corruption and conspiracy to violate one   
   civil RIGHT they're actually opening the door to Democrats violating all   
   of your civil rights including the the ability to discriminate against   
   Blacks or Whites by the Government when it suits the   
   Government/Democrats to do that.   
      
   And we all should remember that Democrats Created the Confederacy and   
   that the Confederacy of the Southern States was based on Slavery of   
   Blacks...   
      
   Not a great track record to be trusting Democrats with the power to   
   discriminate against you...   
      
   They will very likely use their power of corruption to suppress any   
   groups RIGHTS that they want, so if you don't accept their mandates and   
   even their discrimination and slavery then you will have your civil   
   RIGHTS denied to you.
