   "Quantum Kush" is a new and improved, high THC, breed of marijuana. It

   police had a hard time trying to prosecute the customers in an illegal   
   weed establishment because the customers were holding clear plastic   
   bags, not a rolled up joint with weed inside. There is no law against   
   possession of a clear plastic bag.
