   If this is the case then, why have a professor who has "QUALIFICATIONS"   
   to work as a teacher and scholar... Shouldn't we just hire Fetterman to   
   be a professor and fire the one telling us that Fetterman can do any job   
   and has no need to meet a measure of competency.  By limiting the job of   
   Professor to people who can passe a competency for the job, it's a case
