   If Government chooses to "arm" soldiers and law enforcement with those   
   types of arms, then WE THE PEOPLE can use them as well to keep and bear   
   arms for our own use. The word *arms* is the qualifier as to what we   
   have the RIGHT to keep and bear. Keeping and bearing arms is all that is   
   protected and it's only protected by the 2nd Amendment from the States   
   powers since it's a power that was NEVER DELEGATED to the United States   
   Government.   
      
   Amendment X   
   *The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution* ,   
   nor (and/or) *prohibited by it to the States* (the 2nd amendment) ,   
   *are* *reserved* to the States respectively, or *to the people* .   
      
   When the 2nd amendment says *THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE* then that   
   triggered the  *prohibited by it to the States*  clause in Amendment 10.   
      
   And that means it's reserved to the people.  and What RIGHT is reserved   
   to the people *the right of the people to keep and bear arms* where the   
   qualifier is the word arms.  And as we all know arms are the weapons   
   shields and armor we have the military and the police carry for their   
   own defense in time of war and for civilian law enforcement and security   
   of the President himself we all deserve the same level of security that
