   That is the correct question...   
      
   What it means is that they didn't limit the "arms" and the question of   
   "arms" has been answered by the last 250 years of GOVERNMENT   
   distributing arms to GOVERNMENT employees.  What ever they get as in   
   Soldiers and civilian government security and FBI and SWAT and CIA and   
   all the rest including the 80,000 new IRS AGENTS.... who need "arms" to   
   pry the money out our cold dead hands.   
      
   Those are for personal self protection since they don't go on offensives   
   to kill Americans without due process. That makes them personal   
   protection devices as is body armor and banning any of that from the   
   flashlight to the knife to the M-16 is violating the RIGHT to keep and   
   bear arms.   
      
   The Government doesn't supply their Military troops or civilian workers   
   with NUCLEAR WEAPONS or BIO-WEAPONS or other NON defensive things you   
   might want to call "arms" to make a point that all arms need to be   
   banned or all guns need to be banned or GUNS you think are scary need to   
   be banned.  It goes back to what I said plenty of times, have the   
   government turn in all their M-16's and all their knives and bullet   
   proof vests nuclear and bio weapons and ban them in war for soldiers for   
   personal protection like you do the NUCLEAR CODES and BIO-WEAPONS.   
      
     Well Bio-Weapons are now being used by spies and clandestine   
   government agencies so maybe that is or will be considered "arms" with   
   the U.S. government using Bio-Weapons and "VACCINES" that are just a two   
   part BIO-WEAPONS as in Binary bio-weapons that are used by government   
   workers to systematically kill people with that binary bio-weapon.   
      
   Times change so the definition of arms will change with it and what ever   
   is used against our enemies and our citizens as a weapon by the   
   government workers and Military troops to go to war or for personal   
   protection of themselves and their/our leaders like bio-weapons and the   
   vaccines or the nerve agents and antidotes or by the BINARY nerve agents   
   like the little FAT dictator in North Korea uses for his government   
   agents to kill people in his defense, it becomes arms as it is issued to   
   the Soldiers and workers spies and personal security teams by the U.S.   
   Government.   
      
   That starts making it scary.  The M-16 and AR-15 with a 30 round Mag is   
   nothing compared to a WEAPONIZED VIRUS being used by FAUCI (a Federal   
   worker handed the power and means of spreading a bio weapon) in an   
   attempt to ethnically cleanse the United States or other NATIONS of   
   people based on their DNA and health risks.  That is what you need to   
   fear. There needed to be a ban on bio-weapon technology.  Instead they   
   expanded the use to allow Federal workers the power to use BIO-WEAPON   
   technology to kill American citizens... and now the world is a scary   
   place.  We will have to all have a way to protect our selves and to be   
   able to engage in self defense as the 5th Amendment guarantees a RIGHT   
   to life and due process combines to create the RIGHT of self defense.   
      
   It may be we're heading into an age of WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION being   
   used in self defense which seems strange that killing a mass of persons   
   is self defense but that's the very reason the MACHINE GUN WAS INVENTED   
   to hold off hoards of attackers by one lone person when there is no one   
   else around to help them or a small group is severely out numbered.
