None of which are any more lethal than the others that are legal but
   stolen, when used...

Which may be why you don't hear about them, because if they killed more
people and were thereby in greater demand people would modify their
stolen guns. Like those famous cop killer bullets that are more lethal,
they seek them out for a reason and they use them in their stolen guns.

The cop-killers can stop the cops if they get hit on the vest. Which
points out the uselessness of the laws against those firearms which are
"THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE" to keep and bear.

And if it's a RIGHT of the people, then Amendment 10 tells you it can't
be a power of the States and since it's NOT a RIGHT that has been
delegated to the United States... they have no power to make laws either...

   Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
*prohibited by it to the States* , are reserved to the States
   respectively, *or* to the people.

Being a RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE as per Amendment 2, it exposes the LACK of
delegated power of both the several States and The United States, to
make laws that infringe on keeping and bearing arms.

What is open for legal limitation is the rights of others being
infringed when keeping bearing and discharging the arms. While it may
be illegal to discharge a firearms in the city limits it can't be
illegal in any way to keep and bear that firearm.

Which means it's a right of the people which means they can Keep and
bear any of the weapons you described. Especially if the Government
sees fit to distribute them to Government workers or Soldiers... As
they do with class III (Machine guns) and the Barrett 50 cal. sniper
   rifle and all semi automatics.

Because the Government called them "arms" when they chose to ban them or
regulate them. And that was a contradiction in the law where they
ignore their lack of delegated power to REGULATE "ARMS" THAT THE PEOPLE
HAVE A RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR.

Those laws are violating our RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS.
