   NO the actual point is that weapons that kill indiscriminately are not   
   arms they are WEAPONS of mass destruction.  NOT arms.  They aren't   
   issued to the soldiers or government enforcers and IRS thugs.   
      
   Arms are what a soldier or others use to secure their safety.Things that   
   kill indiscriminately and cause genocide are not arms. And yes we have a   
   RIGHT to all the same arms that the Government uses against WE THE   
   PEOPLE as force.   
      
   That's the point of the RIGHT that's being recognized.  If the   
   government has to attack WE THE PEOPLE then the government is the
