Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free
State, *the right of the people to keep and bear Arms* , shall not be
infringed.
Arms is NOT a list that you make... it' a living history of all the
"arms" that the government called arms in their legal documents over the
last 250 years...
Yes when they try to ban arms they simply identified them as being arms
and being protected by the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms.
And yes arms is all arms... the easy ones are those Government already
tried to ban as arms and make laws about using the term arms to describe
them, because WE THE PEOPLE have a RIGHT to keep and bear them. No
license required and no Background check violating our 4th amendment of
search warrants with probable cause and/or seizure our 4th amendment
RIGHT while looking for the occasional criminal in the wood pile.
It's governments job to keep the criminals from normal society if they
violate the laws. SO we don't all become their targets.
If they can't target the criminals for their actions it doesn't mean
that the government can ignore the Constitution and take easy path to
totalitarianism, it means that the government has to be smarter than the
criminals, ad I see little hope of that so naturally the government
idiots want to take the easy way out and steal your liberty so they
don't have work for you and can concentrate their limited mental
resources on stealing from you instead.
