   ObamaCare was violation of Amendment 13 because it had forced enrollment   
   under penalty of law.  All be it a tax law that was a fee or tax it was   
   still a law. And that created the Chicken and the egg argument of can   
   you force someone with a law to join ObamaCare and create a penalty for   
   for not following that law when it is essentially a law that makes you a   
   Slave/Indentured servant to the law.

   That clause in the 13th Amendment has a "logic" that denies that the law   
   can force you to become an ObamaCare participant by forcing you to   
   engage in commerce as a tax to buy their insurance, plus you would have   
   to already have been duly convicted of a crime, and not committing a   
   crime by ignoring their tax law.   
      
   When the USSC called ObamaCare a tax they were wrong... it was SLAVERY   
   law, and forcing someone into a punishment before they committed a crime   
   by making the tax dependent on obedience to the laws is NOT following   
   the *shall have been duly convicted* "logic" created by the 13th Amendment.   
      
   And then the USSC create another ruling that also applied to that   
   ObamaCare FRACTIONAL SLAVERY tax law...   
      
   "The individual mandate forces individuals into commerce precisely   
   because they elected to refrain from commercial activity," says Justice   
   Roberts. "Such a law cannot be sustained under a clause authorizing   
   Congress to 'regulate Commerce.'"   
      
   Which means The United States Government can't create tax laws forcing   
   you into Commerce with someone to force you into commerce or pay a fine   
   as a punishment when you have to be duly convicted of a crime before you   
   can be forced into slavery and NOT engaging in commerce is NOT a crime.   
      
   Amazing how Democrats will contort a thing to get what they want... Look   
   at how they twist and contort LOGIC and the Constitution, just lie to   
   you and get what they want.   
      
   It's almost poetic Justice when these same Marxist-Democrats do this to   
   their own unions, creating slavery in the United States all the while   
   feigning their distain for SLAVERY to get the voters approval.
