   Then you're telling us that *making it harder for NON criminals to get*   
   *guns* is NOT stopping all those gun crimes... and since they aren't   
   criminals and are just honest hard working Americans you have no   
   DELEGATED AUTHORITY to infringe or make it as hard  on them to get a gun   
   as you make it for criminals to get a gun.  Because you are delegated   
   power to punish the *duly convicted* after due process, but NOT the FREE   
   people that have yet to commit any crime?   
      
      
   If you can make it as hard for an honest person to get a gun as a   
   criminal, aren't you placing them both in the same prison... you just   
   created the prison rules outside the walls of the prison system to   
   effectively make everyone serve time incarcerated as a criminal.   
      
   Apparently your logic on reducing crime has failed... with all the gun   
   laws restricting HONEST people and letting criminals run loose, it has   
   only created more crime.
