   The Constitution works in its entirety, as a single Document... NOT a   
   series of documents, and the 5th Amendment tells you, you have a RIGHT   
   to LIFE, LIBERTY and property (eg), arms and food "plants for medicines"   
   and shelter to keep a starving freezing man alive, or in the 2nd   
   Amendment "arms" to use to defend your Home/Castle from any violators be   
   they your own government or others.   
      
   *While an interesting CONSPIRACY THEORY that it was linked to slavery* ,   
   the document suggests otherwise by making it a legal issue and adopting   
   jurisdictional extradition...  for hunting down escaped slaves and   
   criminals. Probably because prisoners were considered to be equal to slaves.

   A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who

   of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered   
   up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.   
      
   *No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws*

   shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or

   There is your power to hunt down escaped prisoners and slaves using   
   guns. The 2nd Amendment is NOT intended for private persons to cross   
   State lines to enforce the laws and capture slaves or criminals. It's   
   the job of the Government law enforcement to organize those deputized to   
   do that job of escorting the prisoners or slaves back to the   
   jurisdiction or DEMOCRAT RUN PLANTATION SLAVERY they escaped from.   
   Showing that it was this clause that gives the power to capture and   
   extradite escaped prisoners and fleeing slaves.   
      
   The 13th Amendment stopped any hunting down and extraditing of escaped   
   PLANTATION slaves, but the 2nd Amendment which is independent of slavery   
   still stands as it has been, it's the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND   
   BEAR ARMS. And that RIGHT is NOT tied to the Militia or slavery or   
   anything but Life, Liberty, and property, being guaranteed by due   
   process. And no invading army or government out of control can over-ride   
   that RIGHT to Keep and Bear Arms.  ONLY WE THE PEOPLE can change it by   
   changing that 2nd Amendment. It takes an ARTICLE 5 Amendment and that   
   requires that 3/4 of the States ratify it. And that just isn't   
   happening. There are more gun owners being CREATED BY DEMOCRATS VIOLENCE   
   NOT FEWER GUN OWNERS and if guns were so dangerous to their owners by   
   having one in your house there would be a lot fewer gun owners out-there   
   because they'd be dead from stupidity.   
      
   It's Obvious that Slavery is NOT tied to "the RIGHT of the people" to   
   keep and bear arms since the 13th also makes Slaves into people with the   
   RIGHT to keep and bear arms. And if it were the purpose of the 2nd   
   Amendment to use arms to hunt down slaves, wouldn't it have been   
   superseded by amendment 13 as well? YOU SHOULD TAKE THAT ONE TO THE   
   SUPREME COURT and then tell me how it turns out?   
      
      
   First it was slaves and now since "DULY CONVICTED PRISONERS" are the   
   only LEGAL slaves it only applies to transferring and hunting down   
   escaped prisoners.   
      
   NOTICE that Amendment 13 superseded that clause in ARTICLE IV Section 2.   
      
   The end of slavery brought the end of the Government extraditions of   
   slaves and government hunting down slaves for the private SLAVE OWNING   
   DEMOCRAT RUN PLANTATIONS.   
      
   We The People were never "authorized" in the Constitution to hunt down a   
   person/slave with deadly force and to return them across State lines   
   illegally.
