   Nothing, because it doesn't delegate any powers to Government or RIGHTS   
   to the people.  All it does is limit the States ability to engage in   
   regulations and gun bans and limits the United States from allowing the   
   passing of laws based on other delegated powers that might infringe, and   
   they already ignore that NATURAL limit and the 2nd Amendment in the   
   Constitution when they passed the plethora of gun laws and bans already   
   in place.   
      
   And all the Democrats have done by ignoring the 2nd Amendment and   
   passing unconstitutional laws was to prove that removal of the 2nd   
   Amendment would accomplish absolutely NOTHING.   
      
   The RIGHT of the People to self defense and keep and bear arms is still   
   there since there would still be no delegated power make laws to ban the   
   guns or "regulate arms". Regulating arms at least as much as it is now   
   with all the back ground checks and gun bans in Chicago and Illinois and   
   NY, California and D.C. hasn't made them better places to live... has   
   it. What BIG CITY run by Democrats with all their gun laws, has improved   
   the standard of living and life styles of the people living there?   
      
   And if all those unconstitutional laws didn't fix it or make it   
   sufficiently better to make it offset the dangers being created by the   
   REGULATION and gun bans, then why get rid of an Amendment you already   
   ignore and ignoring it didn't improve anything?  It would be a waste of   
   time and just get even more people killed in places run by non DEMOCRATS
