The individual who created the Colorado Springs Antifa Twitter account
which was suspended from Twitter on Saturday has been identified as a
far-left furry, transgender activist, and former high school teacher who
boasted of using their military experience to "f*ck sh*t up."

On Sunday, The Post Millennial's Andy Ngo tweeted, "Breaking: The #Antifa
member who ran the violent Twitter account of the Colorado Springs cell of
Antifa @COSAntiFascists /@COSAntiFa is trans furry activist/Colorado Times
   reporter @HeidiBeedle."

According to Ngo, Heidi Beedle was a reporter at the Colorado Times
Recorder and a former teacher. According to Colorado's School District 49,
Beedle was an "English teacher of the year" at Sandy Creek High School.
However, in Beedle's own words, Beedle "tried really hard, but failed
   miserably," at teaching.

Beedle also claims to be a former U.S. Army soldier, and bragged about
using that experience in their violent activism.

"I think a big part of me gravitating toward antifa was a substitute for
the rush and excitement of being in the army. Pretty much everything we did
was influenced by small-unit tactics and ranger handbook stuff. It was fun
to be part of a team and f*ck sh*t up again," Beedle wrote on their
alternative account, @jsphnthsngr. An internet"> archive shows the tweet
was part of a long rant on taking credit for creating the Antifa account.

"So I guess it is time to come clean. They are kinda right. You know what
they say about broken clocks. I did start the @COSAntifa account, and the
blog. I did my part to stem the rising tide of fascism, but I have been
'retired' for a while now," Beedle said.

Ngo dug deeper, and found photographs of Beedle in a "furry" headpiece as
well as blog posts complaining of being warned by school administration
against the material the teacher was sharing with students.

"She was a teacher & wrote about how she politically brainwashed the
students. She also wrote about giving a child a book that features kinky
sex to celebrate trans month," said Ngo.

In one instance, a parent complained to the school about a comparison
Beedle made between former president Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler. In
another, the teacher shared a book with graphic sex scenes with a minor
   student.

After getting exposed, Beedle's personal Twitter page has turned private.

The move to ban the Colorado Springs Antifa account was prompted by Ngo's
reporting on an Atlanta, Georgia faction of Antifa, who's members were
recently charged with domestic terrorism and other felony charges.

"Their group is using Twitter to raise cash," Ngo tweeted along with the
   story, tagging Musk.

   "Insane," the Twitter owner replied.

Ian Miles Cheong dropped in the thread, asking Musk if he would "consider
setting up a dedicated task force at Twitter to deal with violent
   extremists like Antifa."

"Twitter obviously must be fair to all, so will aim to stop violent
extremism being promoted by any group," Musk said.

The next day, the Colorado Springs Anti-Fascist account was permanently
suspended. The "Colorado Springs Anti-Fascist," account promoted violence
and stalking and was suspended after Elon Musk cracked down on violent
groups. In the past, the Antifa chapter has called for the vandalism of
pro-life pregnancy centers and directed its followers to target and assault
   their political enemies.
