   Because it benefits corruption and mentally ill Democrats who are also   
   totally corruptible.   
      
   How is it that you can exercise your RIGHT to vote (and kill thousands   
   by electing Democrat genocidal psychopaths to force an execution   
   injection on people) with same day registration and doing it by FEDERAL   
   POST OFFICE MAIL but you can't buy your gun through the mail or take it   
   home with a 30 round magazine... using that same level of freedom?   
      
   Either one... might be handing the power to kill a human life or many   
   human lives to the mentally deranged person walking out the door having   
   exercised their RIGHT that results in deaths.   
      
   If it's legal to have a background check on a gun purchase then having a   
   background check on a voter's registration like there is on a gun   
   registration seems legal and just as Constitutional.  Making Same day   
   voting just as illegal as buying a gun the same day with no background   
   investigation to make sure you are who you say you are before casting a   
   vote that could be lethal in the wrong hands.   
      
   You should have to wait to vote just like you have to wait to take your   
   new gun home before you can be secure in your own home. Because with   
   great power comes *equally great* responsibility.   
      
   Or to simplify it for Democrats to understand, what is sauce for the   
   goose is also sauce for the gander.   
      
   If you can limit GUN owner RIGHTS with a registration BACKGROUND check   
   waiting list, then you can also limit VOTING RIGHTS using the same   
   BACKGROUND CHECK technology.   
      
   That's as simple as it can be, but no simpler.
