And the judiciary is the mediator that       limits those other two... to balance the system.              And there is no delegated power to create a body that is both       LEGISLATIVE/Regulatory and Executive/Enforcement.              Article I       Section 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a       Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House       of Representatives.              And they (the Legislature) have no delegated power to re-delegate their       power to legislate or delegate. Which means the IRS can't write       regulation or enforce laws, it's the power of the Executive that allows       the laws to be enforced which means the IRS and the Executive can't       REGULATE taxes all they can do is enforce the laws that Congress can get       Constitutionally passed into law. And the Legislature is limited to       making "bills" to pass and turn into laws and can't make Amendments to       the Constitution which requires 3/4 of the States to ratify into being       part of the U.S. Constitution.                                   > "The IRS is the government agency       > responsible for tax collection and       > the ----> enforcement <-----of tax law"       >              And there is the issue... enforcement is NOT the responsibility or       delegated powers of the Regulator/Legislator.                     > https://yourbusiness.azcentral.com/irs-law-enforcement-agency-20803.html              If they make the rules they don't/can't enforce their own rules because       it leads to Dictatorship and corruption.              --       -       -       -       -       -       -       -       -       -       -       -Reality Matters-                     https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/12/09/elise-stefanik-twi       ter-lied-to-congress-about-shadow-banning-conservatives/       -------------------------------------------------------              And TWITTER and the FBI lied about working together as a part of the       SHADOW GOVERNMENT to limit free speech.              They became the *Ministry of TRUTH* that was run by the *SHADOW*       *GOVERNMENT* .              For those out there that said *the SHADOW GOVERNMENT is tinfoil hat*       *territory* ...you better stock up on tinfoil.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
