   Lower standards means the chances are that more people will die... in   
   fire where the lower standards allowed less than able persons to do the   
   job and increasing failure rates on the job.   
      
   In an assembly line the company making widgets and sees an increased   
   failure rate in production would try to activate quality control and   
   produce more working products so they don't lose money by being sued for   
   the issues caused by the failures.   
      
   Why are Democrats so stupid that they want to create failure and higher
