   Note to Viktor Orban:  in 1302, King Philip the Fair, after having kicked   
   all the Jews out of France, was condemned by Pope Boniface VIII who   
   asserted papal supremacy over kings.  Philip responded by arresting Pope   
   Boniface, who was badly beaten in captivity and died a few weeks later.
