   FBI sent a young man to Russia in 2015 on a covert mission and then he   
   vanished without a trace.   
      
   His parents have been pushing the US congress to get information about what   
   happened to him from the Department of Justice, with 0 success.   
      
   According to FBI's CHS policy, if they send someone into a dangerous   
   situation and shit goes awry, they simply cut contact with the informant
