agent, he allegedly tried to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex without
knowing he was actually communicating with members of law enforcement who
were working undercover.
8. On June 2, 2023, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers
arrested him. He had a badge and credentials verifying that he was an
active HSI supervisory agent. He claimed he was working in human
trafficking investigations, which was confirmed to be false.
9. He was 42 years old when posted bond on June 3, 2023. He was charged
with luring a child for sexual acts using technology.
10. On July 11, 2023, he will appear in court.
