   Can the government punish you for just for saying Trump won? Based on my   
   reading of United States v. Alvarez, likely not. Even the 3 dissenting   
   justices who said Alvarez could be punished for lying about receiving   
   the Congressional Medal of Honor, said lies on matters of public concern   
   are protected.
