   It's biology.  Legislation is irrelevant to the question.   
   Biologically speaking, abortion is by far the no. 1 killer   
   of children.  That it might be legal under the law does not   
   change the biology.   
   If you want to know what jurisdictions make feticide a crime,   
   do you own bloody research.
