   ok if you look at any organization, there are people who do this   
   and that. the ones who are directly involved in selling or   
   marketing product to customers, the ones who add money to the   
   accounts.... payable? something anyway those people usually get   
   more monies...   
      
   of course if its a tech company, things are a little different,   
   but not by too much, because ultimately, no sale no business.
