   That's a reasonably accurate statement.  You could also take an ordinary   
   .22 rifle or pistol, charge it with a 17 gr .22 airgun hollow point   
   pellet, fire it with a 22 caliber #4 (Yellow) construction blank, and do   
   more damage than either one of those two weapons.   
      
   Bonus velocity and damage, use an APM or PBA pellet.
