   First issue: Usage of ChatGPT for information - just don't unless you've   
   got a fact-checker and /never/ quote it unless it's one of those weird   
   meme thingies where they show those weird AI responses. Yeah, I went a   
   little too deep there. Second issue: If Picasso isn't used as a term in   
   hair dyes and colours, then that means the trademark shouldn't apply   
   unless there is an attempt to pass off as the Picasso estate, in which   
   case there are bigger legal issues here.
