   so you might not be aware of this, but there is a website where   
   current and former employees rate their company, its culture,   
   management, practices etc etc.   
      
   i do look at the reviews when i get a call or apply. i am not   
   sure what to make of it though, there are people who say the   
   company is absolute hell and people who say it is heaven.   
      
   i generally dont absolutely trust reviews, but its not great how   
   many people are miserable!
