   Don't get me wrong, it's a terrible thing to happen anywhere.  You can't   
   legally have guns here at all since we last had a mass shooting other   
   than licensed shotguns for game, or target shooting weapons kept at an   
   accredited club range.   
      
   There are illegal guns out there still though and we do get rare   
   shootings, but usually in gang warfare.  There are a lot of weapons   
   around that have found their way here from the Yugoslavian conflicts.
