   Sounds like us.  We did get another house that was an absolute steal.  Same   
   town, great neighborhood with longer standing residents, and the house is   
   2190 sq. ft.  We got it for $295,000, so that works out to be $135/sq. ft.   
   We know it will need about $30,000 put into it to get it up to snuff, but   
   it's really fun living in so much space.
